Return Process

  Log into your SheVibe account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
